At Timeless Anime Store, we work hard to get your anime merch, tapestries, mystery boxes, and collectibles packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods, product drops, conventions, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may take slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package is scanned by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Timeless Anime Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You can also contact us and we’ll do our best to help you with the next steps.
Timeless Anime Store is not responsible for stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll review the issue and help with a replacement, store credit, or another resolution when applicable.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are not controlled by Timeless Anime Store.
Preorders and Convention Inventory
Some items may be sold as preorders or limited inventory items, especially around conventions or special drops. If an item has a longer fulfillment timeline, we will do our best to clearly communicate that on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
